    White onion soup and truffle essence.

    Roquefort, toasted bread and black olives tapenade tart.

    Parsnip and lemon soup.

    Baby potato, squid and rocket salad with lemon vinaigrette.

Main Course

    Pennette pasta in a delicate ham, tomato, cream and vodka sauce.

  • Filetto di sgombro grigliato su letto di rucola e pomodorini

    Grilled mackerel fillet served on a bed of rocket, cherry tomato and celery sticks.

  • Spaghetti al rosmarino e pomorini

    Spaghetti pasta with rosemary & cherry tomato sauce.

  • Insalatina nicoise

    Warm salad of baby potato, fine beans, cherry tomato, olives , anchovies ,boiled eggs and rocket dressing.

  • Millefoglie di melanzane alla parmiggiana

    Aubergine au gratin with basil tomato sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

  • Fettuccine con crema di carciofi e pomodorini

    Fettuccine pasta with creamed artichoke and cherry tomatoes sauce.

  • Pomodori ripieni di rucola, caprino e pinoli

    Roast plum tomatoes filled with rocket, goat cheese and pine nut.
